STOCK & IMAGES
All our watches listed are in stock and available to purchase. The images are of our actual stock and produced in-house.

Very good experience with YB. I initially reached out about a 2024 Rolex GMT-Master II. While the first piece had already sold, they sourced another 2024 model within 24 hours. Communication was quick, the team was friendly, and the process was smooth throughout. Would happily buy from them again.

Who Are YB Jewellers ?

How do you source your luxury watches?

We source our watches through a small, trusted network of professionals, and every piece goes through us before it ever goes on your wrist.

  • - We work with a vetted circle of authorised distributors, reputable wholesalers and long‑standing dealers, as well as carefully selected private collectors, so we only see high‑quality examples rather than random marketplace stock.
  • - Each watch is acquired on the basis of clear history, correct configuration and condition, then fully inspected and authenticated by specialists before we agree to offer it for sale.
  • - For specific requests, we run a discreet sourcing service: you tell us the brand, model and budget you have in mind, we search our network for suitable pieces, and only present options that meet our standards for authenticity, condition and value.
  • - We do not buy blindly from unverified sources or deal in replicas; if we’re not completely comfortable with where a watch has come from or how it checks out, we simply won’t stock it.

This approach means you benefit from a far wider pool of watches than a single shop could hold, but with the peace of mind that everything has been carefully filtered, checked and guaranteed first.

What aftercare do you offer?

Complimentary services apply to items purchased from us; we’re happy to provide a clear quote in advance for any paid work so there are no surprises.

Complimentary aftercare

For watches:

  • - Visual checks and advice on wear and care
  • - Bracelet sizing at the time of purchase
  • - Light external clean and wipe‑down during in‑store visits

For engagement rings and Jewellery:

  • - Cleaning and sparkle checks
  • - Routine inspections of claws and settings
  • - One complimentary resize within 12 months
  • - Ultrasonic clean whenever your in town!

Why should I trust you with a high‑value purchase?

You’re trusting us with something significant, so we do everything we can to earn that trust and keep it.

  • - Specialist expertise: We focus on high‑end watches (Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet) and fine jewellery every day, so you’re dealing with people who genuinely understand the pieces you’re buying and selling.
  • - Strict authenticity checks: Every watch is thoroughly inspected and authenticated by experts before it ever reaches the showroom, and we back it with a clear authenticity guarantee and refund if anything were ever found not to be genuine.
  • - Transparent processes and pricing: We explain condition, history, servicing and pricing in plain English, with no hidden extras or pressure selling, so you always know exactly what you’re getting and why it’s priced as it is.
  • - Written guarantees and aftercare: Your purchase is supported by documented warranties, craftsmanship guarantees and ongoing aftercare for both watches and jewellery, so you’re looked after long after you’ve paid.
  • - Reputation and relationships: We build long‑term relationships, not one‑off sales – many clients come back to us for future watches, upgrades and bespoke pieces, and are happy to recommend us to friends and family.

In short, we combine expertise, rigorous checks, clear guarantees and long‑term support so you can make a high‑value purchase with confidence, not worry.

What guarantees and warranties do you provide?

We stand behind the authenticity and quality of every watch and piece of jewellery we sell, and we make our guarantees as clear and straightforward as possible.

Watches – guarantees and warranties

  • - Authenticity guarantee on every watch, with full refund if anything is ever found not to be genuine.
  • - Our own in‑house warranty on pre‑owned watches after purchase (covering the movement under normal use).
  • - Any remaining manufacturer warranty is passed on to you where applicable.
  • - All watches are inspected, tested and, where needed, serviced before sale so they leave us in verified working order.

Jewellery – guarantees and warranties

  • - Lifetime craftsmanship guarantee against manufacturing defects in the setting or mount (under normal wear).
  • - Complimentary checks of claws and settings so stones remain secure, with any manufacturing issues put right.
  • - Clear resizing policy – often including one complimentary resize within a set time after purchase.
  • - Certificates for diamonds/centre stones where applicable (e.g. GIA/IGI), so you have documented proof of quality.

Can I see the watch or ring before committing?

Yes – we actively encourage you to see pieces in person before you make any decisions.

You’re welcome to book a private appointment to view and try on any watch or ring you’re considering, so you can check the size, feel and look on your own wrist or hand. If a piece isn’t currently in store, we’ll let you know what’s available to view, what we can bring in for you, and how long that will take before you travel. We’re also happy to arrange virtual show‑and‑tell appointments (video) if you’d like a closer look and to ask questions before visiting us in person.

How do I know your watches are genuine?

Every watch we sell is thoroughly authenticated by specialists before it ever reaches the showroom, and your purchase is backed by a clear authenticity guarantee.

  • - Each piece is fully inspected inside and out: case, dial, hands, engravings, bracelet and clasp are checked against known manufacturer specifications for that model.
  • - Where appropriate, we open the caseback to verify the movement, serial and reference numbers, and to ensure the correct calibre is fitted and performing as it should.
  • - Serial numbers and configuration are cross‑checked against trusted reference data so the watch’s details, age and specification line up as they should for a genuine example.
  • - We simply do not deal in replicas or “Frankenstein” watches, and if a watch ever turned out not to be genuine, you would be entitled to a full refund under our authenticity guarantee.

In short, you’re buying from specialists who do the technical checks for you, so you can choose the watch you love with confidence.

What services do you offer?

We offer a complete service for both luxury watches and fine jewellery, from first purchase through to long‑term care.

  • - Buying and selling carefully curated new and pre‑owned luxury watches
  • - Sourcing specific or hard‑to‑find models on request
  • - Part‑exchange and watch buying (fair, transparent valuations)
  • - Watch servicing and repairs, from routine maintenance to full overhauls
  • - Bracelet sizing, strap changes and cosmetic refurbishment where appropriate
  • - Valuations for insurance and documentation for high‑value pieces

  • - Ready‑made rings and bands with in‑house guidance on style and diamond/stone choice
  • - Ring resizing, polishing, repairs and restoration over time

If you have something specific in mind – from a particular Rolex reference to a completely bespoke ring – we’ll walk you through the options and provide clear pricing before any work begins.

What makes you different from other jewellers and watch dealers?

We’re set up to give you a level of service, expertise and peace of mind that most general jewellers and watch dealers simply don’t offer.

  • - Specialist focus: We concentrate on high‑end timepieces (Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet) and bespoke engagement rings and wedding bands, so all of our attention goes into doing those few things exceptionally well rather than trying to be “all things to all people.”
  • - Curated, authenticated pieces only: Every watch we sell is carefully sourced, fully checked and authenticated by specialists, and backed by clear guarantees – we don’t deal in “grey area” stock, replicas or over‑polished pieces.
  • - Genuine, one‑to‑one guidance: Whether you’re choosing a first Rolex or designing a bespoke ring, you deal with experienced people who take the time to understand your taste, lifestyle and budget, then guide you – not pressure you – to the right choice.
  • - True bespoke jewellery design: Our engagement rings and wedding bands are designed around you, from stone selection and metal choice through to CAD design and final craftsmanship, so you end up with a piece that’s genuinely personal rather than something “off the shelf.”
  • - Long‑term relationship, not one‑off sale: We see every sale as the start of a relationship; aftercare, servicing, resizing, polishing and future upgrades are all part of how we look after you and your collection over the long term.

In short, we combine specialist knowledge, rigorously vetted stock and highly personal service to make buying or commissioning a high‑value piece feel safe, enjoyable and tailored to you.
